Main Article Content
Abstract
In Latin America, pre-professional practice in psychology has developed into a complementary activity within the study syllabus. It consists in the detection of the signs and symptoms that cause a certain alteration or pathology, in order to find solutions that allow solving those problems, leaving aside the human aspect that includes: contexts, interpersonal relations-projects of life. Therefore, the pre-professional practice must articulate the theoretical knowledge acquired on the basis of the analysis in the years of basic and specialized training with an integral clinical management in individuals or social groups in conditions of vulnerability. There are a variety of conditions that could affect the psyche of patients, requiring for their reintegration a job according to the social-information guidelines of the knowledge society. It reorients the intervention process on the basis of collaboration, transdisciplinarity, commitment and universal values essential to the realization of the common good and the care of the environment
